Creativity and teamwork
The nursery industry’s environment is changing at an unbelievable speed. These problems cannot be solved by the traditional approaches and thought process. So in order to respond to these changes fast enough, at Zenkoukai, we aim to maintain a virtuous cycle of a “team that learns” by improving our workers and enhancing our team. We will continue to develop firm teamwork by having individual workers that are “innovative towards one common goal”, influence each other as a team and gain value from changes individually.
Take advantage of diversity
We aim to become a team that strives towards one common goal of enhancing the quality of services by having a system where workers are given credit for their work relative to the standard set invidually for them. This is to strengthen our teamwork by utilizing our diverse team of workers from different industries, age-groups and backgrounds.
Santafesta is our company’s main summer celebration event. It’s held every year to showcase Zenkoukai’s progress and provide an opportunity for our customers who live inside our facilities to socialize with our local community. Our entire group of workers, no matter which facility or division they belong to, work together as one for Santafesta.
Social Contribution Activities
With Japan’s rapidly ageing society, some regions face the problem of maintaining social functionality as a result of young aged people migrating to large cities. We as a social welfare company plan to solve these problems of today’s society by striving towards our mission of “creating a better society” through participation in volunteering activities within these regions. For the elderly, we visit their homes to provide services to support for activities such as replacing lights, cleaning, laundry, lawn mowing and other housework they find trouble with. We learn new ways of thinking by providing these services in a training manner by staying at their homes. This also creates communication between members of different facilities.
