Operations with high technology and scientific methods

 At Zenokoukai, we maintain awareness of the reality that our business operations are supported by public funds and pursuit with an operating model that utilizes our limited management resources to its potential. Instead of relying on feeling and experience, we accumulate a wide range of datasets to perform scientific methods such as big data analysis that utilizes Artificial Intelligence to manage operations and restructuring. These operations include services that we directly provide for our customers, back-office operations that indirectly support supply of services and management operations.

Hybrid Intensive Care

 Hybrid Intensive Care is a facility that thrives to enhance the quality of nursing by bringing together the respect and communication skills humans have with the safety and ability robots have. We aim to minimize the operational burden of the most important problem for the industry, labour shortage. Our approach is to model our company’s intensive care unit (living unit) for our project to run intensive tests on the implementation of nursery robots. From 2014, we have been actively striving towards decreasing the burden on our workers by 25%.

Back Office Operations

 AI is accelerating its reformation of technologies. Operations become more efficient by replacing individual business activities with AI. Instead of relying on feeling and experience, we accumulate a wide range of datasets to perform big data analysis to achieve our aim of creating reliable operations.

Improving Efficiency of Office Work

 Work such as storing nursery care data that do not relate to nursery care for customers becomes a burden on nurses. We aim to enhance the efficiency of operations such as hand-written and computer imputation tasks through the implementation of the most advanced technologies.

Raising self-sufficiency rate

 Food is essential for operating facilities. At Zenkoukai, we have developed a system that reliably supplies food by preparing against changes in food prices and food crises. We also aim to increase the self-supply rate by increasing the application of ICT for vegetable farms.
